This project is proposed for the remodeling of an existing work, trying to take advantage of it as much as possible, according to the architectural program. The land has an area of 250 m2 and is located in Guadalajara, Jalisco. A three-bedroom single-family housing project has been proposed. Among the significant aspects of the project are: giving value to the existing patios, generating a continuous and fluid route "an experience"; each space has a specific and sequential character, thus achieving a good appreciation, adequately lighting and ventilating all spaces and exposing a high-design façade.
